Getting Started

 

Q: How does Easy Scoopeasy work?

A: Simple! Choose a service plan that fits your needs, and we’ll handle the rest. Our team will visit on your scheduled days to scoop the poop and keep your yard clean.

Q: Do I need to be home during service?

A: Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of business.

​

Q: What areas do you service?

A: Currently, our routes run through Pearland, Texas, and surrounding cities. Our customers' satisfaction along with maintaining our reputable name is our number one priority. We don't rush and we don't pencil in our service stops in a manner that an average hick-up might derail our services.

Billing & Payments

​

Q: How does billing work?

A: We use a simple, no-contract monthly subscription model. You’ll be billed on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month’s service. If you sign up mid-month, we’ll prorate the first payment to cover the remaining weeks.

​

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: Yes! We just require that new customers complete at least one full month of service before cancellation. After that, you can cancel anytime, and we’ll even prorate any unused service for a refund or credit.

​

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payments.

Service Details

Q: How often do you clean my yard?

A: We offer weekly, twice-weekly, or three-times-a-week service plans to fit your needs.

​

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: We work through rain and shine, but if weather conditions are extreme (heavy storms, flooding, etc.), we may reschedule and resume services at the soonest opportunity.

​

Q: What do you do with the waste?

A: We double bag all pet waste, and place it in your home's bin. If you would like to have the waste taken away entirely we can dispose of it for you for a small fee.

​

Q: Do you offer one-time cleanups?

A: Yes! We offer a One-Time Poop Scooping Service for those who just need a quick yard reset. Pricing for this service is higher than our recurring plans.

​

Extras & Special Requests

​

Q: Can I request an extra scoop day?

A: Yes! If you ever need an Extra Scoop Day, just let us know, and we’ll schedule an additional visit at your current plan’s rate.

​

Q: Do you offer deodorizer treatments?

A: Absolutely! We include a free deodorizer treatment once a month with certain recurring plans and twice a month for others. If you’d like an additional treatment, you can request one for a small fee.

​

Q: What if my pet is in the yard during service?

A: We love pets! As long as your pet is friendly and won’t interfere with our work, it’s fine. If your pet is protective or aggressive, please keep them indoors or in a secure area during service.

Policies & Guarantees

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

A: We stand by our work. If we ever miss a spot, just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to make it right.

​

Q: How do I update my service plan?

A: You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your plan anytime. Just give us a heads-up before your next billing cycle.

​

Q: What if I need to skip a service day?

A: No problem! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll adjust accordingly. You will not be charged for services you don't receive.
